  3. Half the price of Oura ring
  4. API access (to be established)
  5. Matte finish (at least for black; don't know about the rest) to avoid light reflections
  6. Measures:
    1. Movement
    2. Heart rate
    3. Blood oxygen
  7. Estimates:
    1. Heart Rate Variability (HRV)

    4. Stress

2 Sizing
  1. Oura sizing kit on display at Target (and likely BestBuy)
  2. Working on sizing comparison to Oura

  1. Direct order (without giving more money to Bezos): https://ringconn.com/products/ringconn-gen-1
  2. Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D14FDHQR

4 Seizure Warning
  1. PPG sensors (red and green strobing lights for biometrics measurements) trigger seizures.
  2. Don't look at it if you can avoid it.
  3. Ring shape covers sensors MUCH better than Oura ring seizure triggers
  4. Trying to find alternative that does not trigger seizures.
  5. May be able to use a silicone cover. Haven't had time to evaluate yet.

2 Feature Comparison
  1. Comparison here: https://www.apple.com/healthcare/apple-watch/
  2. Blood Oxygen: Ultra or Series 6 or newer (incl. Ultra 1 & 2), but already covered by smart ring
  3. ECG: Series 4 or newer (incl. Ultra 1 & 2), not SE

4 Seizure Warning
  1. Most of the Apple Watch displays flicker at 60 Hz and trigger seizures.
  2. Turn off always on display.
  3. PPG sensor (red and green strobing lights for biometrics measurements) also trigger seizures.
  4. Don't look at it unless you have to.
  5. Trying to find alternative that does not trigger seizures.
